Original blue flowers bouquet in vase abstract still life palette knife impasto painting textured 36”x24”- on white and gray, created and signed by me the original artist, Susanna Shap. The painting in the photos is the exact painting you are getting, it is dry, (photos taken after fully dry to prevent a false sense of texture/color/sheen, since most texture in art shrinks after drying, colors change slightly and sheen is usually different after drying) ready to hang and ready to ship (edges are to be painted black before shipping, unless you would prefer white or grey painted edges- please leave your preference in order notes section)
(NO plaster of Paris or joint compound hardware store type cheap type of materials used- that means: NO chipping or cracking, no matter the texture thickness which can happen too easily in any number of ways when the above mentioned type of materials are used by so many artists to create “impasto/sculpted/textured mixed media”)
Shipping is usps ground advantage/fedex ground/ups ground with insurance and tracking, within 2-4 business days after purchase (edges are painted, dried and painting is packaged) Please see the calculated shipping.
size: 24"x36" stretched on a 1.5" deep gallery back wrap canvas, hangs simply over 2 nails in the wall, I use 2 nails 12"-20" in between, otherwise paintings hung by 1 nail tend to wobble or not hang straight) For 1.5" deep or thicker gallery wrapped canvases I usually do not use a hanging wire, especially if a painting has metallic colors so that it hangs flush to the wall and any light really empathizes the metallics this way, however it's OK to put a hanging wire, add a frame etc. if that is your preference. This painting was created using archival canvas, paint and mediums, the process I use eliminates the need for varnish letting the various textures and sheens to be visible, Easy care instructions will be included.
