Ready-to-Ship vs. Made-to-Order
I offer two types of artwork:
- Ready-to-Ship Originals — These pieces are complete and in stock. Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Made-to-Order Art — Each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 weeks for production before shipment (depending on size of artwork, quantity, drying time of acrylics vs oils, etc). You'll receive an email update when your piece ships.
The product listing for each artwork clearly indicates whether it is ready-to-ship or made-to-order, and many other details.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
I ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Carrier selection is made at my discretion to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery for your artwork, however if you have a preference, please contact me with your order # and let me know.
- Domestic (US) shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited options may be available at checkout for select items.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Packaging & Protection
Every piece of artwork is treated with the care it deserves. Originals and large-format works are:
- Wrapped in protective packaging materials to preserve the surface.
- Cushioned with bubble wrap for impact protection.
- Shipped in rigid, corrugated boxes
- Labeled Fragile – Handle with Care on all exterior packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sizes are available?
Each artwork listing includes exact dimensions in the product description. Sizes vary by piece — please refer to the individual listing for specifics. If you have a particular size in mind, contact us to discuss custom sizing options.
Do the paintings come framed?
Most original paintings are sold unframed unless otherwise noted in the listing. Canvas works are gallery-wrapped and arrive ready to hang with hardware included. If you'd like framing recommendations or have questions about display, feel free to reach out.
Is hanging hardware included?
Yes — gallery-wrapped canvas pieces include a wire hardware pre-installed, so your artwork is ready to hang upon arrival. However for many pieces you may choose to hang by the top stretcher bar over 2 nails of you prefer the artwork to hang completely flush to the wall
Can I request a custom or commissioned piece?
Yes! Commissions and custom work are available on a limited basis. Please contact us with your vision, preferred size, color palette, and any other requests/details, and I’ll be in touch to discuss availability, possibilities, suggestions and pricing.
What is your return policy?
I want you to love your artwork. Please review my full Return Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to return or exchange
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. I will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability varies. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping options and any applicable customs or duties for your country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.
- Ready-to-ship: 3–5 business days to pack + 3–7 business days transit = approximately 1–2 weeks total.
- Made-to-order: 2–5 weeks production + 3–7 business days transit = approximately 3–7 weeks total.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. For Made-to-order pieces, photographs will be submitted for yiur approval before packing and shipping.
