1. Overview These Terms govern your use of modernhouseart.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Made-to-Order & Original Artwork Made-to-order items are produced after purchase. Production and shipping timelines are clearly outlined in all artwork product page descriptions. All sales of original and made-to-order artwork are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to my return policy for more details:

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
4. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Susanna Shaposhnikova and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, modifications, imitation “disguised as inspired by my art”, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
However, sharing links to my website or product pages on social media, blogs, or other platforms is welcome and encouraged, provided that:
- Susanna Shaposhnikova is credited as the artist
- The link directs to the original listing on modernhouseart.com
- The image or artwork is not cropped, altered, or reposted without the original link and credit
5. Limitation of Liability- My liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law - These Terms are governed by me, the original artist, and by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.
