Silver Original abstract modern palette knife impasto textured 20”x20” painting, created in my signature designs, technique and style, signed on the back by me the original artist, Susanna Shap. The silver metallic impasto painting in the photos is the exact painting you are getting, it is dry, (photos taken after fully dry to prevent any false sense of texture/color/sheen, since most texture in art shrinks after drying, colors change slightly and sheen is usually different after drying) -this by no means implies that photos on various device/computer screens will look exactly accurate in color/sheen/texture on the viewers screen.
(NO silicone caulk, plaster of Paris or joint compound type of materials in case you are wondering)
-ready to hang and ready to ship (edges will get a second coat of metallic pale gold paint before shipping)
-Shipping within the USA is usps ground advantage/fedex ground (2-5 business days transit) with insurance and tracking, within 2-4 business days after purchase (edges are painted, dried and painting is packaged)
-International shipping: please ask so I can see if I can ship to your location depending on size
size: 20"x20" stretched on a 1.5" deep gallery back wrap canvas, hangs simply over 2 nails in the wall, I use 2 nails approximately 8-15" in between, otherwise paintings hung by 1 nail tend to wobble or not hang straight, get loose and that’s when anchors are needed) For 1.5" deep or thicker gallery wrapped canvases I usually do not use a hanging wire, especially if a painting has metallic colors so that it hangs flush to the wall and any light really empathizes the metallics this way, however it's OK to put a hanging wire, add a frame etc. if that is your preference. Let me know if you want hanging hardware with a jute twine installed before shipping, no charge, however you may notice a metallic painting looks better completely flush to wall. This painting was created using archiaval canvas, paint and mediums, has a semi-gloss/satin waterproof finish, the process I use eliminates the need for varnish, however I would not hang any canvas art in a humid environment like a bathroom or above a kitchen stove, common sense. Easy care instructions will be included.
-This silver, and the metallic pale gold and Pearl White paintings in my shop made in this design can be hung in a mosaic or triptych manner and are also available for custom size purchase (2-3 weeks to create and dry).
